Chef Cam started off as a young & eager urban chef and developed his cooking style into what he calls a Modern Freestyle approach, with French training. His ambition led to a successful 32 years in the culinary world and he has worked all over, from Switzerland to China and India. Cam now prioritizes time with family and the outdoors. He is relaxed, introspective & introverted, but beneath the surface is a successful businessman who is accustomed to winning. He has developed a thick skin and a calming confidence, and has the chops when the going gets tough.
