Chef Tracy grew up in Fort McMurray, Alberta with a lumberjack father who would take her on outdoor adventures. At age 21 she discovered cooking as the perfect fit to let her creative juices flow and began formal culinary school training. In 2016, she won the Women Chefs and Restaurateurs Food Games in LA. She still forages daily, and incorporates her wild finds into her restaurant menu. Tracy has no survival experience, but loves hiking, outdoors, sports and finding all sorts of things to eat in the wild. Tracy is extremely competitive, thrives under pressure, and won’t let anything get in her way.
